MY PAST LIVES
English sailor, captain of the British Royal Navy, 18th century.
I do know a very approximate date of birth and the exact date of death of this life, but I am not going to make them public to protect my identity. I also know the English village where I was born, but it is enough to say it was near Portsmouth.
I was lucky to have a well-to-do family that could give me a good education. This way I could pursue my dream: sailing.
At a very young age I embarked for the first time, while I was studying to become an officer in the British Navy, in a time previous to Nelson. I first passed an exam, graduating as a midshipman. Then I also passed the second exam, the one who would make me a lieutenant.
I crossed the Atlantic Ocean several times, getting involved in a few battles, at sea as well as on land. I didn't want to be a soldier. That never was in my plans. Besides, due to several circumstances, I found myself involved in slave trade. With the passing of time, such adventures began to weigh in my heart.
I lived in Boston for some time, where I met my wife. We had a son.
Finally, death would find me aboard a warship, carrying out my duties to the Crown, in waters near Corsica.
